Good location relative to attractions, shopping, nightlife, etc. Great value for the money and All of the staff are amazing! It’s not perfect, but other than the bathroom floor, the rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff makes this place, front desk and cleaning, elevator maintenance, everyone. Bring your own portable WiFi. The little restaurant just outside the lobby has excellent food- the one with the chilies was my doing, you can ask for niknoi.

Great place for rest. Good price for quality rooms. Have fresh furniture and hot water. Possible check in some early then 2pm (if you lucky). Have nice cafe on the ground floor. Location some far from the Metro (more then 1 km), but close 7eleven. Reception working good.

Old and outdated, aircon doesnt really feel very efficient, and the bed is hard. All things I don't really care too much about... However, one of the outlets fried my phone charger. And while they reluctantly refunded me, the amount given to me was based on price of similar item on Lazada, a online shopping platform. I consider this unreasonable as I am not in a position to wait for Lazada, and will need to buy local. Which will be around 3 times the refunded money. Location is fine, and the front staff are nice enough. But whoever is in charge making these decision should take such things into consideration. Will not stay here again.

the location is good. the room is okay and spacious and all the staff are friendly they clean the room everyday, change the towel,water, tissue bedsheets and pillows. But the Aircon is a little bit old and takes time to get the room cold. and also the sofa is not good, my kid has a lot of bites when she lay down on the sofa... her skin got irritated. i suggest to put cover or something. in the toilet, the water is so slow and so cold the heater is not functioning.

I have stayed in better hotels. The room was clean, but there were obvious signs of water damage to one of the walls. Bed linen was changed daily, but on a couple of occasions, there were holes or tears in the sheets. Staff were excellent.
