the location is good. the room is okay and spacious and all the staff are friendly they clean the room everyday, change the towel,water, tissue bedsheets and pillows. But the Aircon is a little bit old and takes time to get the room cold. and also the sofa is not good, my kid has a lot of bites when she lay down on the sofa... her skin got irritated. i suggest to put cover or something. in the toilet, the water is so slow and so cold the heater is not functioning.

This is a decent hotel conveniently located for visiting Safari World. Because Safari World is quite far from the city, it’s a good idea to stay here. The hotel requires a 300 Baht deposit per room.

Well located accommodation with good service. They provide new towels, mineral water and shampoo everyday during their room service. Respond fast to our inquiries. Facilities like lobby seats and pool was prepared. Mrt station is at a walkable distance. Connected to the hotel was massage shop, restaurants and bar. Convenience stores are nearby.

One of the worst hotels I ever have stayed at the beds felt like a hard rock, the pillows felt really cheap one was really big woke up with neck pain, the hotel service just didn’t cared at all and the restroom had a funny smell. I called the front desk asking for WiFi and the front desk gave me a really bad attitude like they didn’t care, overall I would not recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel for three days during my trip to Bangkok and found the location to be very convenient, close to the Sutthisan MRT station and key attractions. The room service was excellent, with daily towel changes and regular supplies of shampoo and bottled water. Nearby, there are plenty of supermarkets (7-Eleven, Tops Daily) and restaurants like McDonald's. However, the Wi-Fi was disappointing, with weak signals and frequent disconnections. Improving this would enhance the overall experience. Due to the Wi-Fi issues, I’m giving a four-star rating.
