a week agoThe rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, with fresh linens and a good selection of pillows. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and quality toiletries. It is just front of Pool. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a 10-minute walk to the main shopping district and cultural landmarks. Market is nearby there is no need to take a public transport , Phuket beach is so nearby , cafes, pubs, restaurants everything is so nearby from the property. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The concierge was knowledgeable and helped arrange several tours and restaurant reservations. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests. I faced only one issue that prices are too high I ordered milk for my kid just once glass they charged me according to Indian rupees 200/-. which is not worth . Although Property is good A1.

2 months agothis hotel was stunning! the workers were so kind, room was comfortable, space by the pool was relaxing, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of food. the rooftop bar had a beautiful view and a fun vibe. the hotel had a direct walkway to bangla road, but it was far enough away to where you couldn't hear the commotion. had 24/7 room service for when you get home from a crazy night. definitely recommend!

in the last weekA nice resort with an amazing staff and a great location. From the beach to Bangla Road to Jungceylon Mall it’s all a walking distance. Also, a lot of restaurants and cafes near by. It was also a good value for the price we paid and will definitely book my next stay here in the future.

3 months agoHighly recommend this hotel as a wedding venue! We had a magical day on the rooftop. This is the most perfect setting. The staff were all amazing. Beautiful flowers and decor. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay.

2 months agoAbsolutely stunning hotel service, cleanliness. ok regarding food not to my liking but everyone has there own taste buds. So I'm Indian South African and that's my problem regarding tasty foods but again different strokes for different folks. On a whole a definite 5 star. Close to most shops and beaches. We had an amazing time will be back.
